Note: Projection options below for Project To Month, Year and Average Annual Salary Increase Assumption allow you to specify the assumed average annual increase in salary over time up to the Project To Month/Year. Factors to consider here are noted in the Help Section.

The Organization Size Parameter provides the ability to specify a particular segment of comparison Organizations in terms of the level of employment. It is important to note that the majority of differences in Total Compensation with respect to Organization Size is in the area of Non Direct Pay or Benefits. Direct Compensation(Wages and Salary including Incentive Pay) are much less affected by Organization Size in most cases. Since Organizations of all sizes compete in the same labor market in a given Geographic Area for most jobs it is recommended that the All Sizes option be considered for jobs that are not recruited for on a Regional or National Basis.

The Regional Career Occupation Group Report Type will also include three(3) additional Forecast Dates with projections with a layout similar to that found in CompGeo Online Professional Report Options. Each additional Regional Career Occupation Group Report Forecast Date will be in one year increments above selected initial Projection Date below.

Survey Result Adjustment Options(optional):
Years In Job, Performance Level and Special Competency Adjustments are optional. These adjustments, if elected, provide a more focused consideration of the survey results. The Years In Job adjustment should reflect the time anticipated in the job as of the Forecast Month and Year.  Special Competencies Critical to Job Performance are those which may not be normally associated with the position and/or may be used to indicate an area of specialization. Special Competencies indicated should be essential to successful job performance.

*All Salary Survey Benchmark Jobs which are members of the same Job Family and are found in the Survey Area elected, are included when the AFL (All Job Family Levels Option) is chosen in the Report Type Options section above. Not all Job Family Member Salary Survey Benchmarks are found in each Survey Area - those available are listed in the Area/Job Selection section above. AFL Reports are available only for Area/Job Combinations that have at least two Survey Benchmark Jobs in the same Job Family.
